With several years of experience in real estate and a background in property management, she brings valuable insight to the buying and selling process—especially when helping renters take the leap into homeownership or guiding first-time buyers through unfamiliar territory. Mary’s approach to real estate is laid-back, supportive, and education-driven. She believes clients deserve to understand every step of the process so they can make confident decisions about one of the biggest milestones in their lives. Her previous work in doula support, family-centered education, and nonprofit service shaped the way she works with people today—prioritizing compassion, clear communication, and steady guidance during major life transitions. Outside of real estate, Mary is deeply connected to the local arts and music community. You’ll often find her at East Tennessee music venues supporting local bands, exploring craft fairs and small markets, or spending time with her husband and their four daughters in their creative homeschool life filled with music, art, and dance.
